#1 Upon delivery store safely

Our postal pack and smol packaging are designed to make them difficult for children and animals to get into. As soon as you receive your postal delivery please remove postal packaging and store capsules safely. If your pet normally chews the post we recommend we do not deliver to your home. We could perhaps deliver instead to a friendly neighbour or your work address?

#2 Always keep capsules away from children

Store capsules up high and out of reach or in a lockable cupboard or drawer.

#3 Close the container properly after each use

Our unique smol double lock and re-sealable tamper label are specifically designed to keep your capsules secure.

#4 Do not ingest

If a child puts a capsule into its mouth and bites into it the water soluble film that holds the detergent may break. If product is ingested drink milk or water and immediately seek medical advice. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.

#5 Do not pierce, break or cut capsules

Breaking the capsule risks the liquid inside coming into contact with your skin or eyes. If this happens, read the safety information on the product’s label and follow the first-aid instructions. If symptoms persists: Get medical advice/attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.

#6 Protect your skin

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.

#7 Protect your eyes

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.

#8 Always handle with dry hands

Laundry capsules are contained in a soluble film which can leak or break if in contact with water. Therefore always dry hands when handling capsules.

#9 Always read the label before use

Our packaging carries clear instructions to explain how to keep capsules safely and use them correctly. Please read and follow carefully.

#10 Do not decant into an open container

Our packs are designed to keep your capsules as safe as possible. Decanting into a different container could mean they are vulnerable to moisture or accessible to children or animals.
